Background

Resource Management is a recruitment process outsourcer, based in Hastings. They briefed us on media planning and buying to help fill job vacancies across a range of industries, sectors and clients. Due to exceptional growth, Resource Management has expanded rapidly over the last 18 months. A major challenge has been attracting enough applicants to fulfill their requirements.

Strategy

A high-impact and ever changing attraction strategy has been essential. Smartmedia recommended and project managed everything from leaflet drop and local press, to train station posters and Facebook 'cost per click' campaigns.

Results

We attracted over 2,000 applicants and filled over 300 jobs.
