La Redoute is a French fashion catalogue. Their aim was to reduce the cost per new customer (CPNC) from their online display campaigns and increase their recruitment figures for the season.

To develop new creative messaging that would drive higher response levels and greater standout. To improve retargeting techniques and set strict CPA targets for media owners to deliver upon.
Results
CPNC results were reduced by over 60%. The number of new customers recruited within the season was increased by over 120%.
